REFUND POLICY

Due to the fact that a significant portion of registrations are donated to chiropractic non-profit organization, Mile High has a no refund policy. If you find that you cannot attend, the options for that we recommend are:

1. We can transfer your registration for next year’s event.

2. You can sell the ticket yourself to someone else for equivalent level ticket. For example, a student ticket cannot become a DC ticket.

3. You can donate the ticket to an equivalent number of student tickets, which will make sure help a student attend the Mile High event.

“ If you want to enjoy the benefits of practicing chiropractic, then practice Chiropractic. - Bill Esteb

On this episode of theMile High Podcast, you’ll hear from Bill Esteb, one of chiropractic's most respected communication experts, author, consultant, and long-time chiropractic patient whose work has helped shape practices around the world for more than four decades.

Since 1981, Bill has worked alongside chiropractors, colleges, and professional organizations, helping doctors strengthen patient communication, professional relationships, and practice success. His unique perspective as both a lifelong chiropractic patient and trusted consultant brings valuable insight that challenges doctors to see their practice through the eyes of those they serve.

In this conversation, Bill shares practical wisdom on communication, patient relationships, chiropractic identity, and the importance of professional boundaries in building a thriving practice.

🎧 In this episode, you’ll discover:

  • Why listening is the foundation of effective communication

  • How developing your own point of view builds certainty

  • The difference between explaining and truly connecting

  • Why patients seek an outcome while chiropractors deliver a process

  • How communication influences long-term practice success

  • The importance of maintaining professional boundaries

  • Why chiropractic must remain distinct from therapeutic care

  • The mindset shift that transforms patients into lifelong practice members

  • How seeing practice through the patient's perspective changes everything

  • Why authentic communication creates lasting trust

One of the most memorable moments in this episode is Bill's reminder that chiropractic is built on relationships, not scripts.

Great communication begins long before the Report of Findings. It starts by listening well, understanding the person sitting in front of you, and confidently communicating what chiropractic truly offers.

That message becomes even more relevant as the profession continues to rise.
