Yes the CPR program is a national organization and covers CPR for 3 hours for all states. Please check with your individual state if CPR is acceptable for CE. Every state is different and we will not have that answer.

What does Auto-Approval mean for CE requirements by state?

The auto-approval means that that particular state CE is a state where you do not have to apply when putting on a program state by state. Colorado is an auto-approval state, which means that when someone puts on a program, they do not have to apply with a state ahead of time to get approved. We have to get approved directly through Sherman College in the State of Colorado, that is the same for many states, but some states do have review processes where you have to send something to the state board for them to approve the program being taught for Continuing Education.

There are up to 18 hours of continuing education throughout the weekend included in your registration. The Main program includes 8 hours. However if you need CE you must pay the $55 CE processing fee for Sherman College. This fee is paid 1x and covers ALL the CE programs. If you wish to add more than those 8 hours there are additional options you may choose to add to bring the total up to 18 hours. There are 4 hours on record keeping, Friday, 9:00 AM โ€“ 1:00 PM for an additional $75 for those attending the program ($100 if you are not attending.) There are also 3 hours of CPR on Sunday from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm for an additional $75 for those attending the program ($100 if you are not attending.) You must check with your state if CPR counts towards continuing education hours. Whichever CE you register for (1 session or all 3) you must add the $55 CE FEE one time.

๐ŸŽ™๏ธWhy Analysis Matters More Than Technique Alone - Dr. Beth Zogg

April 17, 2026โ€ข2 min read

โ€œโ€Š Chiropractic shines brightest when force is minimal, analysis is clear, and intention is exact.โ€ - Dr. Beth Zogg

On this episode of the Mile High Podcast, youโ€™ll hear from Dr. Beth Zogg, a Chiropractic educator, President of the J. Clay Thompson Technique Foundation, granddaughter of Dr. Clay Thompson, and a longtime advocate for preserving Thompson Technique, Chiropractic history, and principled analysis in practice.

This conversation is rich with history, clarity, and conviction.

Youโ€™ll hear Dr. Beth share what it was like growing up around Chiropractic, how her grandfather served people with heart and consistency, and why that legacy still matters today. Youโ€™ll also hear her speak about the Thompson Technique Foundation, the value of sound analysis, and why Chiropractic technique was never meant to become a therapy for symptoms alone.

๐ŸŽง In this episode, youโ€™ll hear:

โœ”๏ธ Why philosophy is what binds Chiropractors together
โœ”๏ธ Why misalignment does not always equal subluxation
โœ”๏ธ Why Chiropractic technique should not be used as a therapy
โœ”๏ธ Why having an analysis system matters more than simply learning moves
โœ”๏ธ How Thompson Technique helps set a segment in motion so innate intelligence can do its work
โœ”๏ธ Why students and doctors benefit from learning more than one system of locating and adjusting vertebral subluxation
โœ”๏ธ How Chiropractic history still carries wisdom for the future of the profession

This episode is a powerful reminder that the adjustment is sacred, analysis matters, and Chiropractic becomes stronger when more Chiropractors come together around principle, purpose, and respect for the nerve system.

The future of Chiropractic remains incredibly promising, particularly if students, educators, and field doctors maintain their commitment to upholding high-quality technique and the core philosophy that underpins the profession's unity.
