Yes the CPR program is a national organization and covers CPR for 3 hours for all states. Please check with your individual state if CPR is acceptable for CE. Every state is different and we will not have that answer.

What does Auto-Approval mean for CE requirements by state?

The auto-approval means that that particular state CE is a state where you do not have to apply when putting on a program state by state. Colorado is an auto-approval state, which means that when someone puts on a program, they do not have to apply with a state ahead of time to get approved. We have to get approved directly through Sherman College in the State of Colorado, that is the same for many states, but some states do have review processes where you have to send something to the state board for them to approve the program being taught for Continuing Education.

There are up to 18 hours of continuing education throughout the weekend included in your registration. The Main program includes 8 hours. However if you need CE you must pay the $55 CE processing fee for Sherman College. This fee is paid 1x and covers ALL the CE programs. If you wish to add more than those 8 hours there are additional options you may choose to add to bring the total up to 18 hours. There are 4 hours on record keeping, Friday, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM for an additional $75 for those attending the program ($100 if you are not attending.) There are also 3 hours of CPR on Sunday from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm for an additional $75 for those attending the program ($100 if you are not attending.) 🎙️ When You're On Purpose, You're Not Alone - Dr. Richelle Knowles

“  I didn't chose Chiropractic. Chiropractic chose me. - Dr. Richelle Knowles

On this episode of the Mile High Podcast, you’re revisiting the Mile High 10 stage with a powerful presentation from Dr. Richelle Knowles.

Her message centers on one of the most important foundations of Chiropractic.

Purpose.

Dr. Richelle reminds the audience of a phrase often shared by Dr. Chris Kent: When you're on purpose, you're not alone.

Many chiropractors experience moments in practice when the pressure feels heavy. Running a practice, managing a team, caring for patients, and navigating the business side of healthcare can feel overwhelming. At times, it can feel isolating.

Yet Chiropractic has always been about something much bigger than the individual doctor.

It is about service. It is about purpose.

In this talk, Dr. Richelle shares stories from her own practice that remind us why chiropractors continue showing up every day. She describes caring for a young woman with multiple sclerosis whose body responded immediately to care, and she shares the transformation of families who were already doing everything right for their health, yet still needed Chiropractic to help their nerve systems function at their highest level.

Those moments reveal the truth of the profession.

Chiropractic changes lives.

The daily stress, the challenges of business, and the countless responsibilities of practice can easily distract from that truth. Yet the purpose of Chiropractic always brings the focus back to what matters most: the people in your care and the lives being impacted by your work.

Dr. Richelle also speaks about the importance of building purpose-driven practices. A clear purpose enables chiropractors and their teams to stay aligned, serve their communities more effectively, and remain grounded in the profession's mission.

Purpose connects the doctor, the team, and the patients who walk through the door. Purpose reminds chiropractors that they are part of something larger than themselves.

As we recognize Women’s History Month, a time to celebrate the leadership and influence of women who continue to shape the future of Chiropractic. Dr. Richelle’s work as a doctor, educator, and mentor reflects the impact women bring to the profession every day.

Listen to the episode and share it with a colleague who would appreciate this reminder of why Chiropractic matters.
