EVENT DETAILS

About The Event

The Mile High Weekend is an annual event that brings together chiropractors and their teams from all over the world to learn more about the philosophy, art, science, and business of Chiropractic. Much effort is being made constantly to steer Chiropractic away from the time-tested basics of the profession. Mile High is a gathering of doctors who wish to transform the integrity of Chiropractic back to its former stature and make a larger impact on their practices, their communities and the Chiropractic profession.
Mile High gives you the opportunity to hear more than 25 fabulous speakers, meet chiropractic teams from all over the world and enjoy an amazing time in the Colorado Rocky Mountain summer

In past years, those who attended have raved about:
โ€ข The tremendous amount of content offered by speakers who are leaders in chiropracTIC.
โ€ข Continuing education they actually wanted to attend and had fun doing.
โ€ข Special discussions and gatherings held over the entire weekend.
โ€ข Learning proven strategies to deal with common problems and take their practices to the next level.
โ€ข The connection, community and relationships they established with other chiropractors and their teams.
โ€ข The fun they had at the luncheons, social time and the themed after-party.

โ€œโ€Š If it's not about changing people's lives, then you're in the wrong business.โ€ - Dr. Richelle Knowles

On this episode of the Mile High Podcast, you will hear a replay of a powerful presentation delivered by Dr. Richelle Knowles at Mile High Thirteen.

During this talk, Dr. Richelle addressed a topic that many chiropractors feel yet rarely discuss openly: the importance of building a strong, financially sustainable practice to protect and advance the profession of Chiropractic.

Chiropractic exists in a unique position within healthcare. The profession operates in what can only be described as a David and Goliath environment, where large pharmaceutical companies and major insurance systems dominate the healthcare landscape. Chiropractors succeed through clarity, service, and the strength of their community.

That reality makes business leadership an essential responsibility for every chiropractor.

In this episode, Dr. Richelle explains that running a successful practice cannot rely on chance, optimism, or hoping that patients will eventually find you. Long-term success requires systems, clear leadership, trained teams, and a commitment to knowing the numbers that guide the health of a practice.

๐ŸŽง You will hear Dr. Richelle share insights, including:

  • Why do many chiropractors unintentionally run their practices like a casino instead of a system

  • How strong financial foundations allow chiropractors to support their families, their communities, and the profession itself

  • Why predictable systems are more powerful than random marketing efforts

  • How leadership, team development, and clear communication create a stable practice environment

  • Why do consistent actions over time produce the real โ€œjackpotโ€ in practice success

This message is ultimately about responsibility. When chiropractors build thriving practices, they gain the ability to support schools, contribute to research, mentor the next generation, and bring Chiropractic care to more families around the world.

In recognition of Womenโ€™s History Month, this episode also celebrates the leadership and contributions of women in Chiropractic. From the earliest days of the profession to the present moment, women have played a vital role in shaping the philosophy, education, and future direction of Chiropractic.

Dr. Richelle continues that legacy through her work with Network Family Wellness Center, Lifetime Wellness Practice, and her teaching around the world.

Listen to the episode and share it with a colleague who would benefit from hearing this message.
